The bedroom and bathroom downstairs with storage and a full sized closet and an additional veranda. This is perfect for the long-term couple with a friend or a family of three or four open to sharing space.

We are located 25 minutes driving from San Juan Del Sur. We are able to arrange and organize all transportation for you and also recommend to rent a 4x4 vehicle or moto bike to explore the nearby surroundings easily. There are also shuttles available from San Juan Del Sur to Playa Maderas Beach.

We are a 10-minute walk from Playa Maderas. Please note: Maderas is a community with hills so if you have luggage, it is best to arrange accordingly. Upon booking, we are happy to assist in coordinating all logistics.
